“Agriculturally Able” is a one-year project conceptualised by Volunteer Barbados (VB)  and Boundless Education and Empowerment Fund Inc. (B.E.E.F Inc.), along with partners, as a means for socio-economic empowerment for young people in Barbados, who are affected by physical, learning or mental disabilities of one kind or another in the agricultural sector.

It is unheard of for members of the disabled community within the Caribbean to be involved in agriculture. Consequently, the partnership outlined below came as an unlikely, unthinkable possibility.

Our goal is to fulfill orders from a food production company and to have designed and created two new products for use and revenue for the participants.
